Heartless Way


Effective Date: April 15, 2026


At Heartless Way, all items are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except in cases where an item arrives damaged or defective.



No Returns or Exchanges



All sales are final.


Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. We strongly recommend checking:


  • Your size using our size charts
  • Your shipping address
  • Your item selection
  • Your color and style choices



We are not responsible for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or accidental orders.



Damaged or Defective Items



If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it at no cost to you.


To request a replacement, you must:


  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Include:
    • Your order number
    • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
    • A description of the issue



Once approved, we will send a replacement item.



Incorrect Shipping Address



Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.


If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, Heartless Way is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.



Lost or Stolen Packages



Heartless Way is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.


If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.



Order Cancellations



Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered production.


Because our products are made to order, cancellations may not always be possible once processing has begun.
