  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

We do not accept returns or exchanges.


However, if your item arrives:

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photo proof.


Approved claims will receive a replacement at no additional cost.
