Thank you for shopping with Heartless Way. All of our products are made to order and shipped directly from our production partner.
Order Processing Time
All items are made to order.
Orders typically require:
- 2–7 business days for production
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday
- Production times may be longer during holidays, sales, or high-demand periods
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Time Estimates
Shipping times vary depending on your location.
Estimated Shipping Times:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–20 business days
These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping delays may occur due to:

Heartless Way is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Shipping Rates

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees to be resent
- If the order has already shipped, Heartless Way is not responsible for lost packages

Lost or Stolen Packages
Heartless Way is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:
Please:
- Check around your property
- Contact your local carrier
- Contact your local post office
We recommend shipping to a secure location whenever possible.
Damaged Packages
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
If approved, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
International Shipping
We ship to select international locations.
International customers are responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- VAT fees
- Additional country-specific charges
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Multiple Items in One Order
Some orders may ship in separate packages depending on product availability and production location.
If this occurs:
- You will receive separate tracking numbers
- Packages may arrive on different days
